About The Position
Are you seeking a paid college internship? MacAllister Machinery, a premier Caterpillar dealership known as one of the best equipment dealers in the country, has an opportunity to join our team as a summer intern in our MacAllister Rentals store in Byron Center. As we enter our tenth successful year of the Summer College Internship Program, we are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who likes to problem-solve, lead projects, participate in key business relationships, and recommend improvements to existing processes. Sales Interns will rotate through all departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, identify roadblocks, and suggest efficiency improvements across teams. They will also learn the sales process while demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. As an intern at MacAllister Machinery, you will also work cross-functionally and across state lines, collaborate with other interns, and participate in various activities and events throughout the summer!
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor program with an accredited college
- Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May 12th through August)
