About The Position

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students in a fun, safe environment. As a Summer Camp Group Leader, you will help shape meaningful moments for kids to learn, grow, and thrive. The role requires an early learning professional who enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment, takes child safety seriously, follows procedures closely, and is flexible, reliable, and ready to assist wherever needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
