Position Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Summer Camp Golf Counselors to join our team. Counselors will lead and assist in various activities, ensuring campers have a memorable and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidates are energetic, patient, and passionate about working with children.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a camp, coaching, or recreational setting preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to be active and outdoors for extended periods.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage campers (ages 5-14) in daily golf activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment.
- Assist in planning and leading games, activities, and special events.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Enforce camp rules and guidelines to maintain a structured program.
- Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
