Summer Camp Field Sports Manager
About The Position
We are seeking an active, creative individual to organize and manage a variety of sports and games on our brand-new turf field and adjacent grass field during our Summer Camp program. The ideal candidate will know how to incorporate skill building, basic rules, teamwork, and most of all FUN into each game/activity. It is also essential to adhere to all camp rules and regulations and are a positive role model for our campers. In this role, you will be fully responsible for planning and implementing daily turf and field activities for campers ages 4 to 13. You will work with other staff including counselors, directors, and facilities to ensure that daily programs are up and running effectively. Part of your role is building positive relationships with campers and encouraging them to try new things and engage with their peers. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. to 3:30p.m. This is a seasonal position. If you coach or teach, this could be the perfect summer gig for you!
