About The Position

HCI Sports & Fitness is currently hiring Camp Counselors for our 2026 Summer Wipeout Camp! Camp Counselors help lead daily activities, supervise campers, and create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children ages 5-10. Each week of camp features a different theme and includes sports, recreational games, arts and crafts, and group activities designed to keep campers active and engaged throughout the summer. If you enjoy working with children and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment, this position is for you! Camp Schedule: Camp runs June 1 – August 7, 2026 Camp hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am until 6:00 pm AM and PM shifts available Mandatory training (in-person and online) will take place May 26 – 29 About Us: At HCI Sports & Fitness, we’re more than a fitness and sports brand—we’re a movement. Requirements

  • An enthusiastic, energetic, and creative personality!
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED, must complete by May 2026
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents, and camp participants
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification (training provided, if needed)
  • Ability to take initiative and can work well under pressure
  • Reliable transportation to attend work in Bee Cave
  • Patience, positivity, and must enjoy working with children!

Nice To Haves

  • Childcare or camp experience preferred - previous experience working in a licensed camp program is a plus, but not required
