Camp Counselor Club Location: White Columns Country Club-Milton, GA Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. Ability to work in a different department on off weeks for full summer job. You must be able to work the following weeks. Week 1 - June 16 to June 19 Week 2 - July 14 to July 17 Week 3 - July 28 to July 31 Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. SUMMARY Creates and implements new childcare programs specific to the location. Instructs and monitors various childcare activities, provides personal attention to guest’s needs, and safety.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• proven child care skills
• demonstrated outstanding customer service.
• Must possess willingness to learn and perform new child care programs and activities, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation.
• Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Takes primary responsibility for the health, wellbeing and happiness for children participating in the location’s childcare program.
• Recognizes and resolves individual or group issues or problems.
• Provides and supervises entertainment activities for children participating in the location’s childcare program.
• Maintains cleanliness and neatness of fitness equipment and facility.
• Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
• Performs special projects delegated by management.
• Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.
