St. Martin’s Episcopal School is excited to recruit Summer Camp Counselors to join our Summer Camp team. This is a fun, high-energy role for individuals who enjoy working with children, collaborating with a team, and making a meaningful impact during the summer. Camp Dates & Commitment Camp dates: June 1 – July 24, 2026 Minimum commitment: At least one month during the camp session Mandatory all-staff training: May 30, 2026, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Camp schedule: Monday – Friday Meals are provided to all staff at no cost About the Role Summer Camp Counselors work with children ages 5–12 and are responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and positive camp experience. First and foremost, counselors are responsible for the safety and well-being of all campers. Counselors are expected to serve as positive role models, bring enthusiasm to each day, and maintain open communication with camp leadership and fellow counselors. You will report directly to the Summer Camp Director and work closely with Division Leaders, counselors, campers, parents/caregivers, and other St. Martin’s Episcopal School summer staff.
