Requirements
- Positive, energetic, and responsible attitude
- Loves working with kids and being part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable leading small groups and staying engaged all day
- Some dance experience
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from the studio
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise groups of campers (ages 5–12) throughout the day
- Assist with dance classes, games, crafts, and themed activities
- Help create a fun, inclusive, and safe camp environment
- Encourage camper participation and boost confidence
- Support instructors and help keep daily activities running smoothly
- Communicate with fellow staff to ensure a great camper experience
