The YMCA of Collier County is seeking energetic, caring, and responsible individuals to serve as Summer Camp Counselors and help create a safe, fun, and enriching environment for school-aged children (K–5th grade). Requirements
- Attend mandatory camp training and weekly staff meetings
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for working with children
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children
- Lead and implement daily activities
- Maintain program spaces, equipment, and supplies
- Build positive relationships with children and parents
