Summer Camp Art Teacher
About The Position
Annapolis Area Christian School Summer Programs exist to serve our community through a summer full of faith and fun. We are seeking a Summer Art Teacher for our Eagles Explorations day camp. This role involves preparing and documenting daily Art projects for campers, participating in and assisting with planning camp activities such as daily skits and field day events, and leading campers by being a positive role model reflecting the values of AACS. The teacher will also participate in staff meetings, assist in the maintenance of camp equipment and facilities, and foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and teamwork.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Experience teaching and creating Art
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Enthusiastic about working in a Christian Environment with Children
- Must profess faith in Jesus Christ and be actively involved in a local church.
