About The Position

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join the A-Team as Summer Help. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to our daily operations. Based on your interests and skills, you will be assigned to one of several key areas, including Shipping/Receiving, Production, Assembly, Distribution, Order Fulfillment, or Maintenance.
As a Summer Associate, you can expect to be integrated into our culture just like a full time A-Team member. Requirements

• Reliable and motivated individuals eager to learn and contribute.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending).
• Willingness to adapt to different roles and responsibilities as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in warehouse, production, or logistics is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/Receiving: Assist with loading/unloading shipments, verifying inventory, and preparing products for distribution.
• Distribution: Organize, stock, or move inventory within the distribution facility.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare customer orders and verify each order against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
• Production: Assist in the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production flow.
• Assembly: Assemble various raw materials in compliance with orders adhering to quality standards.
• Maintenance: Maintain the inside and outside of AmeriLux's production, manufacturing, distribution and real estate properties.
