Summer Associate, Strategy, AI and M&A
About The Position
The Strategy, AI and M&A Intern will be responsible for supporting various strategy, acquisition and integration activities for DexKo’ s global strategy and M&A group. More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following: A) Research - Create and update target company profiles - Maintain target cloud-based database - Research and analyze new strategic growth opportunities and markets B) Due Diligence and Integration - Support active acquisitions or divestitures via project management and information request tracking - Create and update due diligence summary materials for executive management - Support planned and ongoing integration efforts for acquired companies C) Reports/Ad Hoc Analyses - Support implementation of DexKo’s AI strategy - Provide industry segment, product and/or company-specific analysis - Generally, support DexKo's M&A function through various projects D) AI Strategy Support - Support implementation of DexKo’s AI strategy - Assist in AI project execution and deployment - Build and test AI solutions for business, strategy and M&A use cases
Requirements
- Current college student pursuing Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; at or above Sophomore year preferred.
