Position Summary The Financial Analyst I Summer Associate / Intern will support the Finance organization by assisting with financial reporting, analysis, and business support activities. This role provides exposure to corporate and segment-level finance functions, key financial tools, and real-world financial decision-making in a dynamic healthcare environment. Scope of Work & Responsibilities The intern will assist with financial support across Corporate departments and may also partner with Finance teams supporting specific business segments. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with financial reporting and analysis Supporting key finance deliverables and recurring reports Conducting Excel-based financial analyses Summarizing insights, trends, and recommended actions from analyses Supporting Finance partners with data preparation and presentations Participating in meetings, with opportunities to present findings and insights Tools & Technologies Microsoft Excel Hyperion / Oracle financial systems PowerPoint Internal databases and reporting tools Skills & Experience Gained Hands-on experience with advanced Excel and financial modeling Exposure to corporate finance and business support functions Ability to analyze financial data and summarize key insights Experience preparing reports and executive-ready presentations Professional development in communication, collaboration, and enterprise finance operations Program Outcomes Timely and accurate delivery of key financial reports and analyses Increased capacity and support for Finance teams Improved financial visibility and decision support Meaningful contributions to Finance initiatives Development of well-rounded early-career finance professionals who add measurable business value Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required 0–2 years of related experience Additional Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program Major in Finance preferred Strong interest in corporate finance or financial analysis Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and quantitative skills Proficiency or strong interest in Excel Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn Work Environment / Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office/home office environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0–2 years of related experience
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Strong interest in corporate finance or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency or strong interest in Excel
  • Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
