About The Position

The Union for Reform Judaism’s (URJ) 6 Points Creative Arts Academy seeks a dynamic, relational, and operationally strong Summer Assistant Director to help shape a transformative creative arts camp experience and deepen year-round engagement with campers, families, and staff. This position follows a seasonal leadership model. Through immersive creative arts and Jewish experiences, we inspire campers and staff to grow as leaders of self and others and pursue lifelong engagement in Jewish life. About 6 Points Creative Arts Academy (CAA) CAA offers magical summers experiences where young people from all backgrounds—including Campers of Color, LGBTQ+ campers, campers with disabilities, and others from underrepresented communities—can grow, connect, and thrive.
