About The Position

Bridge Investment Group is seeking highly motivated rising juniors to join our Debt Strategies team as Summer Analysts in New York. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of North America’s top real estate debt funds, working on commercial real estate-backed debt investments including first mortgage and mezzanine loans. As a Summer Analyst, you’ll be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team where your work directly supports investment decisions. Bridge will provide Apollo with immediate scale to its real estate equity platform and enhance Apollo’s origination capabilities in both real estate equity and credit, which is expected to benefit Apollo’s growing suite of hybrid and real estate product offerings. Requirements

  • A strong interest in real estate, private equity and debt investing.
  • A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel proficiency
  • A self-starter attitude with a high sense of ownership and urgency.
  • The ability to work full-time in New York for the duration of the program

Responsibilities

  • Performing loan analysis and sizing for investment committee review.
  • Supporting origination and due diligence efforts during the investment process.
  • Maintaining and updating pricing and underwriting models.
  • Assisting in the execution of strategies to enhance asset performance and value.
  • Conducting market research and trend analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Interacting with senior leadership and participating in investment committee discussions
