About The Position

Troubadour Golf & Field Club in College Grove, Tennessee is seeking a Summer Intern to join our Agronomy team. Located in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee, Troubadour is a premier private club and a proud member of the Discovery Land Company family. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience at a high-end private golf course and is designed to prepare interns for a successful career in the turfgrass industry. Summer internship, starting hourly pay $19 per hour Internship Experience Interns will be exposed to all aspects of golf course maintenance, including: Daily course setup and preparation Chemical and fertilizer applications Irrigation system operation and repairs Spraying and topdressing practices Water management strategies Weed, insect, and disease identification Turfgrass management techniques Leadership development and teamwork Our goal is to provide interns with the practical skills, industry knowledge, and professional mentorship needed to advance in the turf industry.
