This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It’s Like You’ll be part of a team that builds and scales the core technology powering T-Mobile’s business customer experiences. You’ll help design and deliver AI-driven and agentic platforms that enable intelligent automation, faster decision-making, and more personalized interactions for business customers. The team owns the full lifecycle, from problem definition and system design through production deployment and continuous optimization, giving you true end-to-end impact. You’ll partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure our AI agents and platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned to measurable business goals.
