Summer 2026 IT Intern, Customer Group
About The Position
This position is a student intern position within the Information Technology Department serving our Customer Group Organization. Looking for a chance to flex your analytical and communication skills in a fast paced and challenging environment? Eversource IT has a position for students interested in the people side of technology. Business Analysts (BAs) perform a critical function within our IT Organization. BAs work closely with users and development teams to identify business needs, articulate requirements and drive solutions. BAs can also perform product ownership roles within teams, setting team priorities, and speaking for the customer. As a member of our team you could be asked to document current state processes, identify gaps and drive new solutions. Using your critical thinking and business communications skills, you'll help create new processes for coordinating between teams and break down business problems into user requirements and/or new business processes. Having technical skills - while helpful, is not required for this job. Just bring your love of learning, active listening, empathy, excellent written communication and a healthy dose of curiosity.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a degree at an accredited four-year university
- Graduating between May 2026 and December 2027
