Population Health Analytics Intern Drive innovation in population health management and healthcare delivery. You will conduct comprehensive research on population health initiatives and CMS programs, enhance digital communication through website content and knowledge base articles, and create multimedia materials that tell the patient journey story. This role offers unique exposure to healthcare policy, analytics, and program management while shadowing experienced project managers. Program Management Automation Intern Revolutionize healthcare governance through intelligent automation. You will design and implement automated solutions for governance processes, leveraging coding skills and AI technologies to streamline workflows. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and process optimization knowledge, offering the opportunity to directly impact how healthcare decisions are made and implemented. Requirements

  • Ability to discuss and solve complex problems in area of expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to create direction and work plans for day-to-day and project work
  • Basic knowledge of health care technology and basic business technology
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University
  • Entering or enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited College or University for Fall 2019
  • For IT Intern roles: currently enrolled in undergrad or grad program.

Responsibilities

  • Independently research and analyze data from internal and external sources
  • Interface with clinicians, employees, and other leaders of the organization to understand perspectives and/or share findings
  • Draft deliverables and other project related materials (e.g., meeting agendas, project work plans, action item logs)
  • Present project findings and results to internal audiences
