Digital Transformation Project Management Intern Drive digital transformation by supporting Stanford Health Care's migration from Smartsheet to ServiceNow while exploring AI adoption opportunities. You will define requirements, evaluate implementation options, create project documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple departments. This role combines traditional IT service management with cutting-edge AI initiatives, providing exposure to enterprise-scale change management and emerging technologies that are reshaping healthcare IT operations. PMO & Strategic Initiatives Intern Master the art of healthcare project coordination and governance. You will engage in strategic business and operational projects that shape how healthcare is delivered at Stanford Medicine. Through hands-on experience, you will learn to prioritize competing initiatives, facilitate stakeholder meetings, develop governance processes, and manage sensitive information with professionalism. This role provides comprehensive exposure to project management methodologies, AI governance principles, and information management best practices while working on initiatives that directly impact healthcare operations. This is a Stanford Health Care job. A Brief Overview The purpose of this job is to gain practical experience in health care operations and administration through contributions to department operations and initiatives. Requirements

  • High School Graduate, at least 18 years old, and entering or returning to undergraduate studies at an accredited school in the fall

Responsibilities

  • Assist with detailed data gathering for initiatives, including synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of sources
  • Draft project deliverables that summarize key findings and propose solutions
  • Interface with clinicians, employees, and leaders to share results and gain input
  • Present findings and results to internal audiences
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned.
