OUR BANK - The Federal Reserve is the central bank of the United States and is one of the most influential, trusted, and prestigious financial organizations. The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta territory covers the Sixth Federal Reserve District, which includes Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, and portions of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The Atlanta Fed and the other Reserve Banks play an important part in all three of the Fed's functions: monetary policy, bank supervision and regulation, and the operation of a nationwide payment system. Requirements

  • Enrollment in an accredited college or university obtaining a bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Training and Development, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; Graduate students will also be considered.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); additional experience Tableau, Power BI, and/or prior experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc…) a plus
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects; basic project management skills desired

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate student (preferably second year Masters or PhD student) in Industrial – Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Training and Development, Human Resources or related field.
  • Bachelors students equally considered.
