In this paid internship, you'll be empowered to work on challenging and complex issues in a collaborative environment with other talented interns. Over the 10-week program, you'll participate in business projects, mentoring, leadership development training and team-building activities designed to set you up for professional success. The summer Internship program runs June through August, with flexible dates available, based on school schedules. Interns who perform well and demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion and excellence may be extended employment opportunities with Western Alliance Bank. We're looking for individuals who are passionate and entrepreneurial, just like our clients. Specifically, we're looking for top-performers interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking. The intern will be working with: National Builder Finance provides financing for horizontal and vertical construction of assets where the end use is a residential dwelling that is either being rented or sold to a 3rd party consumer. The platform, which started in 2013, operates on a national footprint, serving clients in 23 states and over 40 MSA's. We dedicate a majority of our capital to Institutionally backed developers and homebuilders with a specific focus on the top 50 homebuilders in the country and the top 25 equity providers in the country.

Requirements

• Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
• To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
