Successful completion of a summer internship with EDF provides you with the potential to be offered a returning internship or full-time role as a Graduate Rotational Analyst depending on your graduation date and our business need. Historically, our interns have participated in the following activities: Hands-on participation in actual projects aligning to your goals, resulting in reusable work and streamlined processes for EDF Industry specific and business skills training events, community service, social activities, and opportunities to network with functional leaders Regular assessments and continuous coaching from your manager and mentor End of the summer presentation to leadership team and key stakeholders, demonstrating what you learned in your internship and providing insight on your experience Potential Opportunities: Commercial Asset Management & Trading Our teams support a wide range of customers in every deregulated market throughout North America Gas & Power Trading Energy Analytics Scheduling Power and Gas Plant Management Risk & Credit Our teams provide thorough analytics and understanding of the risk for our customers in all of the markets that we work in. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or Finance/Accounting
• Basic MS computer skills: Windows, Office and Excel
• Basic computation and technical skills, such as SQL, Python, Tableau or similar preferred
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and draw actionable conclusions
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
• Previous internship experience preferred
• Proven leadership and/or participation in extracurricular activities preferred
• Available for a minimum of ten consecutive weeks in Houston
• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee, asylee, temporary resident, or an individual who possesses valid work authorization. Individuals with temporary visas (H-1, H-2, J-1, F-1, etc.) or who require sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for summer internships.
