Internship Details: Dates: June 1 - August 7, 2026 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) Pay: $14/hour Location: Headquarters Office in Memphis, TN Application Process: After you submit your application and if eligible, you will be sent an email to complete a virtual video interview from HireVue. The Enterprise Project Management Office supports enterprise-wide initiatives, events, and special projects through the initiation, planning, monitoring & controlling, execution, and closing of projects. This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. On any given enterprise project, the intern may: Assist a project manager with shaping formal written reports and/or PowerPoint presentations used to update senior leadership. Assist a project manager with note-taking throughout a project team meeting (with a large group and many moving parts) to ensure all information is captured for documentation purposes, and confirmation of assignments. Assist a project manager with development and maintenance of project spreadsheets for tracking purposes on various aspects of a project. Takes responsibility for maintaining certain spreadsheets and lists on one's own as assigned by the project manager. Assist EPMO communication team with research, writing, editing and/or proofing for executive messaging and reporting. Assists in collecting data and other information for an array of different topics connected to a project, particularly in early fact-finding phases.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university or May 2026 graduate
  • Passionate about our mission
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Requires general knowledge of computers; speaks and writes in a clear and understandable manner; understands complex verbal or written instructions; possesses excellent communication and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with groups and Individuals.
  • excellent writing and communication skills are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Majors preferred: Communications, Business, English, Computer & Information Sciences, or any other related major.
  • Skills preferred: Excel, Microsoft Suite-PowerPoint proficiency a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the activities of a project are running smoothly and properly implemented.
  • Provides administrative coordination support to assigned projects.
  • Assists in the collection and analysis of project data and reporting on outcomes.
  • Maintains project pending lists and meeting agendas.
  • Assists in tracking and documenting project deliverables.
  • Daily support to project team as directed by management.
  • Assists Project Managers with budgeting and regular reporting.
  • Projects include Enterprise strategic initiatives, enterprise-wide events (i.e. Volunteer Awards Dinners, FedEx St. Jude Championship, National Training Meeting, NexGen Seminars, etc.), and Enterprise projects.
