Kenworth Division of PACCAR is looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in gaining professional Product Planning experience in an industry-leading manufacturing company to join our 2026 Internship Program in Kirkland, WA. Requirements

• Strong interest in the trucking industry and product planning
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of or some experience in Human Centered Design
• Comfortable and effective in interacting with managers, co-workers, and customers
• Strong professionalism
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields
• Junior or senior standing preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for new products or product improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations, to help ensure successful product development and launch
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Assist in the development of a forecasting tool
• Learn about the product development life cycle and product development process, including design, prototyping, and testing.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of customer-focused research events
