As an Associate Planner Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting planning and inventory strategies that help drive sales and deliver great consumer experiences. Working closely with Planning, Merchandising, and Allocation teams, you’ll learn how to analyze data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory across channels. Requirements

  • Interest in retail planning, analytics, and business strategy
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office; exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with pre-season and in-season planning activities
  • Supporting sales and inventory reporting to identify trends and opportunities
  • Helping maintain demand forecasts and monitor inventory levels
  • Learning how to manage open-to-buy (OTB) and stock optimization
  • Collaborating with Merchants on product assortment planning
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand inventory distribution
