About the Internship The Summer 2026 HR Intern will gain hands-on experience across HR Operations and Recruiting Operations, supporting the day-to-day systems, processes, and programs that enable our teams to grow and thrive. This internship is designed for someone who is curious about how people, systems, and data come together to support a fast-paced business. You will partner closely with members of the People team and contribute to meaningful projects while learning how modern HR teams operate at scale in a technology-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR Operations, Recruiting Operations, and people systems.
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and systems; experience with tools like Airtable, ATS platforms, or HRIS is a plus (but not required).
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity about how AI and technology can improve HR processes and employee experiences.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR Operations activities, including employee data management, reporting, and process documentation within our Human Capital Management system (Oracle HCM).
  • Assist with Recruiting Operations, including candidate tracking, interview scheduling support, and maintaining accurate data in Greenhouse (ATS).
  • Help ensure data integrity across people systems such as Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, and Airtable.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and automation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding operational tasks in partnership with HR and Recruiting team members.
  • Assist with internal audits, reporting requests, and ad hoc projects related to compliance, systems, and employee lifecycle events.
  • Collaborate with the team on AI-forward initiatives, including process optimization, tool evaluation, and experimentation with automation where appropriate.
  • Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration opportunities to gain exposure to the broader People function.
