Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Inclusion and Engagement Intern to join our Global Inclusion and Engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting with employee listening initiatives .

Requirements

  • Academic Standing: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, with a projected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 .
  • Strong knowledge of digital collaboration tools and an interest in using technology to enhance employee engagement.
  • Proven ability in project management and communication , with a global mindset and the flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the full duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Global Inclusion and Engagement team to help translate survey data into clear summaries and visualizations for business stakeholders.
  • Support the administration and reporting of global engagement surveys, pulse checks, and lifecycle touchpoints to uncover actionable trends and insights.
  • Help build and maintain a "one-stop shop" digital environment to consolidate information and resources for global Employee Resource Groups.
  • Collaborate with ERG leads and HR stakeholders to coordinate global meetings, host events, and support inclusive internal communications.
