The Inclusion & Partnerships Intern will contribute to national inclusion and partnership efforts that strengthen external relationships, deepen workforce insights, and enhance work-winning strategies. This role offers hands-on exposure to relationship-building, strategic planning, data interpretation, and collaboration across the business. The intern will gain practical experience in outreach, research, and partnership engagement while learning how inclusion shapes business outcomes at an enterprise level. The intern will work with the Inclusion team and report to the National Director of Inclusion & Partnerships. The role will engage with external organizations, universities, professional associations, and community groups, while also connecting with internal partners such as Human Resources, Communications, Market Strategy, Operations and regional inclusion contacts to help advance national priorities.
