About The Position

The Athlete Partnerships Summer Intern will support the day-to-day operations of our Athlete Partnerships team. This role provides hands-on exposure to how athlete relationships, memorabilia, and autograph agreements are managed within a fast-paced collectibles business.
The intern will collaborate closely with team members responsible for athlete deals, game-worn materials, and partnership execution. This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in sports business, partnerships, operations, or the collectibles space who are eager to learn through real-world experience.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field (or a recent graduate)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
• Interest in sports, athletes, partnerships, or collectibles (prior experience not required)
• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information

Responsibilities

• Assist with securing, receiving, and entering game-worn and athlete-used materials into internal systems
• Support the processing and tracking of payments related to athlete partnerships and agreements
• Help maintain accurate records of athlete deals, autograph signings, and memorabilia inventory
• Track contract milestones and fulfillment status across active athlete partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials, documentation, and records are organized and up to date
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Athlete Partnerships team
