About The Position

Order Management - Support end‑to‑end order accuracy, inventory flow, and
freight optimization across the Mayfield network. Responsibilities include:
KPI Improvement - Work directly with the Distribution leadership team to
drive improvements in operational KPIs linked to cost, accuracy, and
productivity.
Develop and maintain Mayfield Customer Report Card - Own the creation and
upkeep of a scoring tool that measures customer performance, service levels,
and cost‑to‑serve.
Improve and maintain item master file - Ensure item data accuracy to support
ordering, forecasting, routing, and inventory management.

Requirements

• The qualified candidate will be a junior or senior in the fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Industrial Distribution; Supply Chain; Materials Management or other related field of study.
