As a Brand Partnerships Intern with NewBeauty, you will play a key role in supporting brand collaboration initiatives and sampling programs for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in brand partnerships, media, marketing, and the beauty industry. You’ll work closely with the Brand Partnerships team to research new opportunities, communicate with partners, and support the execution and promotion of campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a motivated, creative, and organized self-starter with a passion for beauty, partnerships, and marketing.

Requirements

• No prior experience required — strong interest and passion for beauty, brand partnerships, media, and marketing is essential.
• Must have access to a computer.
• Strong interest in partnerships, media, marketing, and the beauty industry.
• Passion for building relationships and creating new partnership opportunities.
• Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Creative mindset with interest in social media and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Brand Partnerships Manager and Brand Partnerships Associate on all sampling opportunities.
• Research new leads, identify potential brand partners, collect contact information, and set up calls to pitch brands for sampling programs.
• Communicate directly with clients and brand partners regarding participation in campaigns.
• Assist in coordinating and executing sampling deployments.
• Support the promotion of sampling campaigns across social, digital, print, and video platforms.
• Create social media content for upcoming sampling campaigns to be used across all social media channels.
• Help organize partnership data, contacts, and campaign tracking information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign planning and execution.
• Contribute creative ideas for new partnership and marketing opportunities.
