The Naval Air Missiles Sub-Strategic Business Unit of the Naval Power Business Unit has an immediate opening for an Intern, Contracts supporting the Tomahawk Contracts team. This role will be supporting our Tomahawk Recert team with general contracts tasks such as supporting efforts for our contract’s repository tool, review of contractual documents, and supporting key projects for the Contracts function. This person will work hand-in-hand with our Principal Specialist for guidance and direction.

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Support electronic organization in SharePoint
  • Provide Contracts Administration support to customer
  • Creation or update of tools using Microsoft applications
  • Network with peers within the Tomahawk team and the Contracts organization
