About The Position

Primary Duties / Responsibilities: Equipment Operational Efficiency Project Identify Process choke points to understand effective equipment speeds for maximum output with current guardrails Identify current max volume through put Identify areas of opportunity to either increase output or maximize current status through process / labor changes to help reduce conversion cost As time allows this will open further projects for this intern to continue working toward OEE goals Dates of internship:mid/late May-early/mid August 2026

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates will be a sophomore, junior or senior during Fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
