About The Position

Equipment Operational Efficiency Project
Identify Process choke points to understand effective equipment speeds for
maximum output with current guardrails
Identify current max volume through put
Identify areas of opportunity to either increase output or maximize current
status through process / labor changes to help reduce conversion cost
As time allows this will open further projects for this intern to continue
working toward OEE goals

Requirements

• Qualified candidates will be a sophomore, junior or senior during Fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
