About The Position

We are looking for, energetic, analytical, outgoing, and motivated individuals interested in supporting the various facets of our data culture and governance program. This internship will focus on learning communication best practices as well as general project management skills within Data & Analytics. In addition, this position will help to support the AI Governance & Enablement team in executing on processes to support AI risk governance framework. Skills gained from this internship can be transferrable in future communication specialist or project and program management roles. This role will provide opportunities ranging from supporting department and organization-wide communications, department process improvements, and the implementation of a large-scale project working with various departments across the organization, all with the goal of transforming how our company understands, interacts with, and utilizes data.

Requirements

Be working toward a degree in Business Administrations or Communications.
Have strong critical-thinking, proven organizational and relationship building skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas

Responsibilities

Collaborate with manager, team and various departments to integrate data governance processes into different business areas.
Create and deliver communications and training across the department and participate in organization-wide communication processes that align with communication plan.
