About The Position

The Suites Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional premium guest experience at Oracle Park. This position oversees the day‑to‑day operations of luxury suites during Giants games, special events, and private functions. The Suites Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high service standards, coordinating staff, maintaining suite readiness, and supporting all premium guests with professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or luxury service environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays according to event schedules.
  • Excellent guest service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in stadium or arena premium services (suites, clubs, VIP operations).
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
  • Valid ServSafe and RBS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of all suites for Giants games, concerts, corporate events, and other ballpark activities.
  • Ensure suites are clean, stocked, and meet quality standards prior to guest arrival.
  • Oversee service flow during events, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suite holders and VIP guests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and maintain accurate records of usage.
  • Lead, train, and support suite attendants, runners, and service staff.
  • Assign staff sections and ensure appropriate coverage for all suites.
  • Provide on‑the‑spot coaching and maintain a positive, team‑focused work environment.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality aligned with Oracle Park’s premium service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suite clients, season‑long holders, and VIP guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize service whenever possible.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns with tact and professionalism.
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety, alcohol service, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Monitor staff compliance with ServSafe, RBS, and company policies.
  • Communicate operational issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
  • Assist with event reporting, staff timesheets, and product usage tracking.
  • Collaborate with culinary and warehouse teams to ensure suite needs are met.
  • Support inventory audits and event summaries as needed.
