About The Position

The Suites Runner supports suite attendants in the set-up, operation, and clean up of suites, ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role focuses on preparing and stocking suites with the necessary products, utensils, and supplies, as well as assisting with pre-ordered food and beverage setups and in-event deliveries. This role has a hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until April 24, 2026.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with coworkers, management, and guests, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
Capability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and go up and down stairs.
Must be 18 years of age or older to handle alcohol.
Possession of a valid food handling certificate.

Responsibilities

Prepare suites for guests by ensuring they are fully stocked and ready for events.
Assist suite attendants with the setup and execution of pre-ordered food and beverage items.
Deliver food and beverage orders to suites during events promptly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of suite work areas and equipment.
Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards in all workspaces.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction.
