About The Position

Step into the world of hospitality at Chase Field and join the Premium Suites Team. As a Premium Suites Team member, you will be an essential part of delivering excellent service to guests in our suites during the exciting events hosted at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests throughout the event. Develop and maintain exception rapport with returning guests; memorize guest preferences. Set up Suites by inventory stocking, arranging food, beverages, and service items per event specifications. Distribute menus, presents daily specials, and answer any menu-related questions from guests. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu and available products; including daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in timely manner. Adheres to state, federal, and Levy Responsible Alcohol Service regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to all guests. Communicate special requests or modifications to appropriate kitchen or serving staff. Retrieve and verify food orders from the kitchen; ensure accuracy and presentation adheres to Levy Core Signature standards. Check in with guests often to ensure prompt service; clean and buss suite area as needed. Prepare guest checks, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions; adhere to Levy Payment Integrity Policy. Ensure food items are properly stored, labeled, and dated according to standards, following food safety guidelines. Complete required production logs, safety and sanitation logs, waste/spoilage log, inventory log, check-in/check-out procedures daily. Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks, setup, preparation in assigned area, daily and monthly inventory. Collaborate with FOH and BOH team to promote a positive environment, smooth operations and timely service. Clean and organize pantry, prep area, suites kitchen, and inventory areas. Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
• Ability to accurately take and place orders; provide timely service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
• This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
• Frequently required to use fingers and hands to operate equipment.
• Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry
• 2 + years Server experience preferred.
