Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Suite Runner to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner or busser
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Ability to lift to 35 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes
  • Coordinate with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of food
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
  • Assist the kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items
  • Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen
