About The Position

Coors Field is home to the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. Within the ballpark we have our top tier guests and clients that expect nothing but the best –luckily the best is what we deliver. The Premium Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at guests’ requests. This may include preparing mixed drinks, as well as pouring wine and beer. Responsible for money handling, beverage pouring, providing servers drinks from the service well and established alcohol service policies.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made.
Possibility for overtime for select shifts. Ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older (Required)
• Requires daily lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25lbs.
• TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• Previous bartending experience (Required)
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• This role requires membership into UNITE Here Local 23 – Denver, Colorado

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes credit card transactions with ease
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well
• Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
• Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required
• Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length
