The Suite Attendant is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by providing a welcoming and well-maintained environment for suite guests. This role includes ensuring assigned suites are clean, organized, and properly attended to, while delivering food and beverage service according to selected à la carte or buffet-style menus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to perform well in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to meet operational needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide a pleasant atmosphere for suite guests by ensuring assigned suites are clean, orderly, and well attended.
• Ensure all food and beverage items are delivered according to selected à la carte or buffet-style menus.
• Stock and set up suites prior to guest arrival and provide the highest level of service and personal attention throughout the game or event.
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with guests while modeling Sodexo Live! standards for guest service.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and offerings.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
