About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal part-time Suite Attendants to join their team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Suite Attendant is responsible for the effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs. This is a fast-paced, tipped position offering opportunities for learning and growth. Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown, they operate Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and host special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as suite runner preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
