About The Position

The Suite Attendant is responsible to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external Luxury Suites Guests and Suite Holders at the same time, the Suite Attendant is responsible for set up, maintaining the Suite during an event, anticipating guests needs and communicating with their Supervisors in the event any situation arises. The Suite Attendant position plays a critical role in the success of our operation. The Suite attendant is the main contact for our Suite Holder and their Guests at each event.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in high volume catering or full-service dining preferred
Knowledge of food and beverage service
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
Organized and attentive to detail
Ability to work independently or with a team to complete tasks
Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal
18 years of age or older
Flexible schedule; some nights, weekends and holidays will be required.
Ability to fully commit to entire football season and off-season peak periods throughout the year.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 40lbs

Responsibilities

Strive to offer each of our guests the perfect experience through a detailed understanding of the guests expectations, anticipating our guests needs and filling special requests with the help of management when needed
Ability to deliver first class customer service to all guests ensuring all special requests and needs are met
Ability to anticipate guests needs by fully understanding and paying careful attention to the event day order in order to ensure accuracy when guests arrive
Ability to set-up catered events with care to all details and department standards
Ability to make and serve alcoholic beverages with proper knowledge of each
Ability to meet all service standards including, but not limited to wine service, table service and buffet service.
Thoroughly break-down and clean up all service equipment and supplies following events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment and supplies
Ability to handle guests needs in a fast and professional manner
Ability to compile to food and sanitation standards in the suite
Complete tasks in a variety of environments as assigned by management
Complete all other duties as required by business or as instructed by management
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
