About The Position
Behind every great hero is someone making sure their gear doesn't fail mid-mission. We're looking for a detail-obsessed Suit & Equipment Maintenance Technician to keep our heroes field-ready at all times. If you love precision work and understand that a malfunctioning repulsor at the wrong moment is not an option, this role is for you.
Requirements
- 2+ years in equipment maintenance, engineering tech, or a related field
- Extreme attention to detail — lives literally depend on your work
- Ability to work under tight turnaround windows between missions
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with advanced materials, energy systems, or nano-technology a strong plus
- Experience with classified or sensitive equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair hero suits, gadgets, and specialized equipment
- Conduct pre- and post-mission equipment audits
- Log all maintenance activity in the Galaxy Asset Management System
- Coordinate with R&D on upgrades and new equipment rollouts
- Flag safety concerns and escalate critical failures immediately
