Behavioral Health traditionally has intervention services but you will work further upstream as the Suicide Prevention Coordinator, adding invaluable work to our crisis continuum of care which include intervention and postvention teams of mobile crisis, EmPATH, and residential crisis. However, we see the work of suicide prevention being everyone's responsibility, so you would have the chance to work with a wide array of behavioral health services from the traditional outpatient therapy setting to schools and homes and beyond. You will work among the Bemidji community and larger Beltrami county communities to help build coalition capacity through the Headwater's Alliance on Suicide Prevention (HASP). You will connect with other suicide prevention programs across the state. You will be part of the Zero Suicide Implementation Team. You will help coordinate suicide prevention efforts and training. Summary The quality analyst monitors and evaluates trends and analyzes data to ensure consistency in quality, improved experience, and the achievement of organizational goals. Job Description Ensures adherence to quality expectations and process standards as well as provides ongoing feedback to key organizational groups. Supports coaching and training initiatives aligned with key departmental and company goals and objectives. Performs research, reporting and analysis on metrics and impacts to the department. May conduct and participate in calibrations sessions and best practice sharing with internal teams. Responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design and execution of projects and ongoing programs associated with quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Obtains and analyzes data and assists in preparing reports used in identifying quality assurance/improvement issues. Develops and manages quality improvement initiatives for Sanford Health. Leads the development of possible solutions to quality assurance/improvement issues. Developing and managing information systems to support and improve strategic planning, operations, medical management and financial success. Identifying opportunities for internal and external quality improvement and developing strategies and programs to address the same. Will design, execute, maintain and communicate results to ensure quality in our initiatives, processes, and software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • In lieu of degree, leadership may consider six years equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of at least three years experience in the health care field or information management.
  • Experience in applying quality standards, metrics, methodology and best practices.
