Sugarloaf Base Services Custodian and Maintenance Tech
About The Position
Sugarloaf Base Services is currently looking for 2 custodian/maintenance technicians to join our team. For this role, we are looking for reliable team players with a knowledge of general carpentry, painting, and proper cleaning methods. The ideal candidate for this position would be timely, detail oriented, willing to learn, and have a positive attitude. This position is eligible for shift meals and many other great benefits. We have one full-time, year-round position and full-time seasonal spot available at this time, and will provide on-the-job training. Come join our team!
Requirements
- be a self-starter
- be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- be able to lift up to 40+ lbs in order to complete tasks
- have own transportation
Responsibilities
- The job entails all types of cleaning/janitorial duties in and around our resort's base lodge.
- Maintenance duties such as painting and general carpentry are required occasionally.
- The ability to work outside in all types of weather will be required as well.
