About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment across our facilities. This role is essential to supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for staff and visitors. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and maintenance procedures
