Here, you become part of a multidisciplinary team offering intensive, person-centered care that blends SUD treatment, mental health support, parenting skill development, crisis response, and housing stability. Your work helps mothers strengthen their recovery, regain confidence, and create safer, healthier futures for their families. What You’ll Do Complete SUD assessments, ASAM level of care, DSM diagnosis, and clinical formulations Build strengths-based treatment plans and keep them active and collaborative Provide daily groups, individual counseling, and trauma-informed interventions Use MI, CBT, and stage-wise strategies to support change Respond to crises and complete risk assessments Partner closely with DHS, courts, and community supports Coordinate care across a diverse team of clinical and para-professional staff What You Bring Strong skills in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed practice Ability to manage crises, assess risk quickly, and adapt to complex clinical needs Comfort working with clients experiencing instability, trauma, and family-system stress A collaborative, non-judgmental approach that supports both clients and teammates Solid knowledge of chemical dependency treatment, community resources, and de-escalation Why This Role Matters You’ll walk alongside women who are rebuilding their lives while parenting through recovery.
