We train and manage all our caregivers, and there are currently caregiver jobs to fit any experience level. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification is desirable.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
